Affiliate Disclosure

At poincianalodge.com, we are committed to transparency with our readers. This disclosure outlines our affiliate relationships and how we monetise our casino review content.

Affiliate Commission Statement

Poincianalodge.com earns affiliate commissions when users click through our links and sign up with the casinos we review, including RollXO Casino. These commissions are a primary source of revenue for maintaining and operating this website.

Editorial Independence

Our editorial rankings, reviews, and recommendations are not influenced by affiliate commission structures. We conduct independent assessments based on casino quality, player safety, game variety, bonus offerings, and user experience. Our affiliate relationships do not affect the integrity of our reviews or the ranking of casinos on our site.

Identifying Affiliate Links

Affiliate links on poincianalodge.com are clearly marked with the label "Affiliate Link" or may be accompanied by a special icon. Sponsored content is distinctly labelled as "Sponsored" or "Advertisement". We recommend reviewing these designations before clicking.

Australian Compliance

This disclosure complies with the Australian Association of National Advertisers (AANA) Code of Ethics and the Australian Consumer Law. We adhere to standards set by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) to ensure responsible and truthful advertising practices.

Reader Responsibility

While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information, readers are responsible for their own due diligence before engaging with any casino. We recommend reviewing each casino's licensing, terms and conditions, and responsible gambling policies independently. Gambling involves risk and is not suitable for all players.
